Registration fees

Scientists from CIS states could apply for support through the ISTC Mobility and Project Specific Training Program .

Important note: it will not be possible to register on-site !

Participant's Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to all Scientific Sessions, Poster Sessions and Commercial Exhibition
• LMJ tour (if specifically registered to the tour), Coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and Banquet
• Conference Materials: conference bag, badge, final program, and book of abstracts
• Proceedings (Proceedings will be posted after the conference)

Accompanying Person's Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to Poster Sessions and Commercial Exhibition
• Coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and Banquet

Payment

• By credit card (only VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS will be accepted)
  Credit card payment is only available through the on-line registration

Cancellation Policy

To get refund of the registrations fees -40€ for administrative charges, cancellation should be sent by fax or e-mail to:
