For speakers:
All speakers have to bring their presentation (pdf or ppt) to the Speaker Room (Espace Rencontre, opposite to the
Bar panoramique) at least the day before their session. PCs and Macs will be available to check it. The
presentation will then be dispatched to the adequate amphitheater.
Please note that the use of personal computers will not be allowed in the amphitheaters (to avoid any
compatibility problems between them and the sophisticated projection system).
For speakers scheduled on Monday morning, please plan to bring your presentation on Sunday evening.
The talks – including 5 minutes of questions – will last 40 minutes for the keynote
lectures, 30 minutes for the plenary talks and the Teller lectures, 20 minutes for the
orals. Session chairs will be asked to strictly meet schedules; so please prepare your presentation accordingly.
For posters:
All poster material must fit within a 1m wide by 1m70 tall space. The posters have to be pinned up (drawing pins will be supplied by IFSA) during the morning coffee breaks and removed before the end of the evening.
